Whether you are visiting Prague for a short weekend break or a few weeks of R&R there is lots to do and see so don't expect to get board.

Everywhere you go in Prague there is something to see or do,the city is full of surprises from the small alleyways and cobble streets to the massive and awe inspiring castle there is a feast for the eyes and soul at every turn.
Like with most big cities the problem is where to start, Prague is such an old city and has been involved in or affected by so many of the winds of change that have swept through and shaped modern Europe over the past millennia. From Wenslav to the fall of the iron curtain, as a center of European power during the middle ages to one of the most visited cities on the planet today, surprisingly though the city has remain largely intact and untouched by the various wars and actions of the last century and as such there is much to enjoy.

Many of the treasures though remain hidden away, the multitude of tour guides will show you the splendor's of the Castle and the Old Town however there is much to see and do beyond these, and not much effort required to find them . There are monasteries, castles, and PUBS (OK so I finally got to the really interesting one) many of which we hope to bring to you via these pages.

Unfortunately much of the well trodden sites have become tourist traps, with exuberant prices that may seem cheep to Johnny foreigner but in reality are much cheaper for the local inhabitants. I know of one particular attraction that costs 9x more for a foreigner than a local (more on that one later), OK so everyone has to make a profit and yes I agree that us foreigners should pay slightly more, how else are the locals suppose to raise the money to rebuild and restore the architectural and historical treasures we (in the millions) so happily trudge all over, so don't get annoyed just beware.

Enough of my preaching on with the show, choose a from the menu on the left and enjoy (and if you don't, don't blame me). We will attempt to maintain our own very dubious rating system for our personal satisfaction.
